A Journey of Redemption, Creativity, and Calling



Integrity Arts LLC was birthed not just from talent—but from testimony. Founded by Juanita Aaliyah Vanessa Hickson, a woman whose journey from brokenness to beauty is reflected in every brushstroke, design, and creation, this company stands as a living altar of what God can do through a surrendered life.

Juanita has been creating since childhood. Her mother tells stories of her crafting with whatever she could find—even the messiest materials, like baby poo—because the drive to create was always in her. That creativity wasn’t just a hobby—it was a gift from God.

Growing up in Catholic churches, Juanita struggled to truly connect with God. She wasn’t taught that she could have a personal relationship with Him, so eventually, she drifted. Searching for purpose and identity, she got involved in witchcraft, believing she was a “good witch,” unaware of the spiritual danger she was in. But over time, she began to feel the weight of that darkness. Realizing something was deeply wrong, she called out to God in desperation.

In what became a divine turning point, Juanita—feeling hopeless and consumed by suicidal thoughts—went for a walk, unsure if she would return. But the Holy Spirit guided her steps to the front of Daylight Christian Center Church, where two women prayed for her, rebuked the spirit of suicide, and invited her to church. She gave her life to Jesus the very next day.

The enemy didn’t stop—she was met with homelessness and abuse shortly after—but God didn’t stop either. The Holy Spirit reminded her to call those two women, and they welcomed her into their home. From that moment, her life began to radically change. She was restored, healed, and ignited with a holy purpose: to use her gift to glorify God and share the truth of Jesus Christ.

One night, God gave her the name: Integrity Arts. It represents not only the unwavering character of God but also the legacy of her spiritual mother, a woman of wisdom and holiness who taught her to live with integrity.

Today, Integrity Arts LLC is more than a creative business—it’s a movement. Through logo design, original artwork, and soon-to-be-released prints, Juanita encourages Christians at every stage of their faith journey. She serves as a reminder that God redeems, restores, and still speaks.

Juanita’s dream is to inspire others to walk confidently in their faith and to see more faith-based artists rise up and take their place in the creative world. In a culture that tells people not to believe, her legacy is clear: it’s more than okay to believe in God—it’s everything.
